exceeded access limit !?!?!?!?

hello
i've been receiving the following error on my report server:
"The server you are attempting to access has exceeded its Client Access
License limit"
i have 45 licenses and less than 10 people accessing the report server.
so... what's going on? i have the latest service pack installed as well.
it looks like report server is not dropping connections... i also get a lot
of "connection pool timeout" errors.
what's happening here? my users are getting quite frustrated...
dushan bilbijaWhat operating system are you running on? Reporting Services has no software
CAL detection limit but I believe the operating system does.
