Excel 2007: calculated measure selection takes a long time

Hi,

I am working with the Excel 2003 PivotTable and Analysis Services 2005 cubes. I have some calculated measures on the server. As soon as I add these calculated measures to the data area, excel croaks. It takes a very long time to view the data. When I use Management Studio or Proclarity to browse the same cube, the results are almost instantaneous. Any pointers or fixes as to what could be causing this?

I am seeing the same problem with my cube. Everything else is quick, but once I add the calculated members it takes forever to process. I read somewhere you can add derived members, but I have only been able to find info for 2000.
