Evicting SQLCluster node

I have a general Question,
I am going to evict a node from My SQL cluster and replace it, Do I need to
"evict" it from the SQL Cluster in any way, or can I just evict the node form
the Windows Cluster and remove SQL or remove SQL first and then evict node

You need to "uninstall" SQL from the node first, then you can safely evict
the node. In essence you are forcing a node failure and should follow the
BOL instructions accordingly.
