Eventlog replication queue is full

I keep receiving the warning message in the event viewer
that the Eventlog replication queue is full.
Error:
EventLog replication queue OUTQ is full. 3 event(s) is
(are) discarded of (total) size 2612.
What should I do to resolve this error?
