We have in our test room, a SQL server who send every 2 seconds, the
same message. Login failed for user <user name>. - <user name>.
We use mixed mode authentification. The MSSQL server service has the
correct password and the SQL server agent too.
The user account isn't lock and we have others SQL server that use the
same account and the others servers don't send the error message.
I need help, I'm still troubleshooting but If you any ideas. Can you
help me.

Try using the SQL Profiler and determine what process, computer etc. is
attempting to log on.
