Event ID 17177 in Application log

Does anyone know about event ID 17177 that appears just after midnight UTC?
I'd like to turn it off if possible as it is messing with SQLH2.

There is no way to turn 17177 off and there is no need to do that.
Please write to sqlh2@.microsoft.com and we'll figure out what wrong with you
r installation.
