Event iD : 17052

Hi everyone,
Recently i am having problem with SQL server 7.0 sp4 on
NT4.0 sp6a. suddenly the sql server stops responding and
the server service is stoping. When i see on event id, i
got " insuffcient memory available" and another one
the same event id "Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSSQLServer
Event Category: Server
Event ID: 17052
Date: 9/2/2003
Time: 8:15:21 AM
User: N/A
Computer: SAIN
Description:
Error: 0, Severity: 19, State: 0
SqlDumpExceptionHandler: Process 22 generated fatal
exception c0000005 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION. SQL Server
is terminating this process.
Any help is appreciated.

2000 SP3a.
