Event ID 1010

I have this event id on the Aplication log and also
the performance on my server is realy slow. I have
SQL Server 7.0 running on Windows 2000 SP2. Does anybody
knows what is this error for and how can I do a fine
tuning to improve the performance.Have a look at www.eventid.net this problem seems to relate to DHCP
