Evaluation License Expired

I installed the trial version of Reporting Services on a fully licensed SQL
box. Now it says its expired even though the SQL 2000 license is current.
How do I change the license so it will activate? The trial version I believe lasted for 90 days?
Therefore, you need a full version of RS and reinstall it.
Your SQL server hasnt expired, but your RS version has.

evaluation edition.
Just run the setup utility from the full install. After the install
complete, you should be OK to do the activation steps.
