excel destinations?

hi.. i have a question.. which is the best provider to use connection managers that maps xls files?

the default i have on my server is

native OLE DB . microsoft jet 4.0 OLE DB provider

but.. is there any other?

Excel Destination

Does an empty file (text/ Excel) needs to be created manually for the connection manager for (text/excel)destinations. Can I create the file at run time?A file will be created for you.sql
